Struggling with a "Mommy Pooch"?
Separation of abdominal muscles can leave you looking pregnant, even months after giving birth.
Reclaim your pre-pregnancy body with this 10-day postpartum belly binding and massage treatment. It helps restore your core and abdomen, so you can feel stronger and more confident.
What to Expect:
Each session begins with a soothing belly massage using natural oils.
Your abdomen is then gently wrapped with a natural cotton fabric.
You'll wear the wrap for 6-8 hours each day throughout the 10-day treatment.
You can continue your normal activities, including breastfeeding and pumping, while wearing the wrap.
Important: If you had a cesarean delivery, please obtain clearance from your doctor before starting this program.

During pregnancy, your body releases a hormone called relaxin. Relaxin helps your body stretch to accommodate your growing baby and prepare for childbirth.
After delivery, your body continues to produce relaxin to aid in the healing process. Because of the continued presence of relaxin, your body is more malleable. A belly bind can gently help your midsection return to its pre-pregnancy shape during this time.

For optimal results, it's ideal to start belly binding within the first year postpartum. This is when your body is still adjusting, and the presence of relaxin (a pregnancy hormone) allows for greater tissue flexibility. That said, even if it's been more than a year since you've given birth, belly binding can still offer valuable support and benefits!
